Acceptance of Terms

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment is due at the time of order placement for retail items. Custom orders require a 50% deposit with the balance due upon completion.

Custom Orders

Custom cake and specialty item orders require at least 48 hours notice. Design consultations may be required for complex orders. Changes to custom orders must be made at least 24 hours before pickup.

Cancellation Policy

Retail items may be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup. Custom orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before completion, with deposit forfeiture for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Sound Bake Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
